Register for the class you plan to attend, your instructor will email you the Zoom link 30-60 minutes before class starts.
We’ll credit your account in Tula once your payment comes through. You don’t need to wait for your passes to be credited to your account to register.
What do you need for prenatal yoga at home?
A yoga mat is great, but if you don’t have one, you can still do yoga!
We recommend having a blanket to sit on during seated poses, but a thick, folded towel will also do.
A yoga bolster or extra blankets can also be helpful and make resting poses really comfortable, but some big, thick pillows can also work. Both offer extra support in seated and reclined poses, that are especially welcome in the second and third trimester.
Yoga blocks (cork or foam) can help make certain standing and seated poses easier. A couple of thick books or a small step stool can offer the same support.
A yoga strap can be helpful in some seated poses and shoulder and chest openers, this can be swapped with a belt.
If you’ll be joining us early in pregnancy, we highly recommend investing in some good props to help you fully experience your yoga practice at home, but you easily can get by without these props as well.
