Our interactive Introduction to Breastfeeding class is taught by Alison Spath, CLC and is designed for both those who are new to breastfeeding, as well as those who hope to have a better breastfeeding experience than they’ve had in the past.

The information and concepts presented in our classes follows the best practices of modern lactation science and is supported by solid, up-to-date research.
